Anaheim Ballet will perform in the upcoming SoCal Ballet Scene Festival, a celebration of Southern California dance. Anaheim Ballet dancers Tatiana Ortega and Brayden Page will perform the renowned pas de deux Spring Waters, choreographed by the Russian ballet master Assaf Messerer and staged by Anaheim Ballet directors Lawrence Rosenberg and Sarma Lapenieks Rosenberg.
The mixed-repertoire program features a collection of works, ranging from classical to contemporary ballet, including excerpts from Flames of Paris, Le Corsaire, Bournonville's Flower Festival, Light Rain, and Lady of the Camellias along with original choreography by local SoCal choreographers and directors. The festival will include performances by Anaheim Ballet, Pacific Ballet Dance Theatre, The Realm Company, Kenneth Walker Dance Project, and Contempo Ballet.
