Anaheim-Ballet-Summer-Intensive-2024

LEARN THE ANAHEIM BALLET TECHNIQUE DURING AB SCHOOL’S SUMMER PROGRAMS!

ABS offers an extended intensive training session for students during the summer when they are less encumbered by their academic studies. The intensive attracts students from around the world and gathers a guest faculty representing a broad range of training such as American Ballet Theatre, Houston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Disney choreographers, renowned acting coach John Kirby, men’s classes, and singing lessons with Broadway and Hollywood voice coach Bob Garrett. Students learn selections from a classical ballet, receiving daily coaching in their role(s). Past works have included revivals and selections from Swan Lake, Graduation Ball, The Little Humpbacked Horse, The Awakening of Flora, Coppelia, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty and Esmeralda.

Visting students enjoy their summer in homestay or other chaperoned lodging and enjoy a group visit to Disneyland! Many students return to AB School’s intensive more than once, some become ABS year-round students, and almost all form life-long friendships because of their productive, joyful experience at ABS.
